HUZZAH I AM FREE! TIME FOR TF2!!! (after lunch though, i'm starving tongue.gif)

would've played yesterday but my damn updates were taking helluva long and then i come home after my last paper to find the wireless router's adapter got fried in the storm yesterday. thus, had to set up my PC as a router temporarily, and being a complete noobjob at that meant it took a while to get everything settled. anyways, see you in game!

for us it is standardized, as its considered a national exam, so to speak. but as with all national exams in malaysia (perhaps not including STPM since its supposed to be uber hard) it doesnt really prove much. thankfully there arent 20++ choices of subjects for PMR or it would become another A-fest.

i have to agree with elementels, facebook looks nicer, but has a steeper learning curve compared to friendster (which has become so lame it cant even walk now)

Well, I've joined steam ever since HL2 was released and I have not finished it yet. ROFL! Too many things to do with too little time at the moment. And I've 2 copies of HL2. One is retail and the other from the Orange Box. tongue.gif

reminds me of me and my copy of Ep2 tongue.gif i still havent completed it yet. although at the time HL2 first came out i was free more than i am now. RL sucks some times.

sfar as i know, the led, resistor and cap arent mechanical, they're solid state electrical. lets see... mechanical only needs 3 more so a gear (bicycle or car oso can), water tap i think should be ok, scratching my head to think of one more @_@

electromechanical = motor (fan, electric drill/screwdriver), relay?

though, i dont think he'll be coming back to get the answers anytime now tongue.gif

to take screenies you need to rebind your f5 like this in the console:

bind f5 "jpeg"

that should do it, just press f5 to take your screenies.

i have to agree with reuben, the first demo never really showed much evidence, and neither does the log, since if they were trying to imply that he was aimbotting, he should have been getting all headshot kills, i believe. at least thats what those other vids i've seen show. and besides, most good sniper aim only for the head. if you play on bestGN's servers, you've definitely come in contact with USX snipers, and those guys (the good ones, anyways) do pretty much what Loops looks like he's doing; that is, aiming for the head, and getting the shot to connect by means of compensating for movement and such, which is why he still has kills that aren't headshots.

DDoS = denial of service attack, cause by attacking the server with multiple requests and stuff to jam it up with traffic.

SSH as far as i know refers to the Secure Shell protocol, which is a kind of remote networking thing, but i dont know how its used in an attack.

some of them i have no idea why, even though some people left, that doesnt mean everyone's left. in fact there are a few of us who are adamant about staying, and making things work. for those of you who feel like leaving because so and so left, thats up to you, but we're going to make sure not only does this clan stay alive and competitive, its going to rox your sox.

thanks etsuko. i offer the same services allen, if you need any help with the organizing or anything to do with the clan, i'm willing to lend a hand. i'd like to see the clan rise again from whatever it was that blindsided us this time (i'm still lost as to what exactly happened).

only thing i wont be able to do is join any tf2 training if we have any this coming month, as i have an industrial training course to attend, and need to spend every other spare minute practicing my NFS skills for the upcoming games tongue.gif

yo soul-x, its been awhile mate, hope your exams go well.

i dunno la, what gioo was saying makes sense, but he was not there in the first place to know that when training oso, we only get around 12+maybe 4 other people during training anyways, so whats the big deal? i'd say thats just nice for training. and not that difficult. i only saw problems in the last couple of weeks where around 10 people would show up and we'd have problems because tak cukup, and we all know who were the ones missing anyways. bah.

anyways, i think we need a head count; those who are here, staying, and planning to be active in the foreseeable near-future. then we can decide how to train, what skills will need to be worked on, and how to proceed. to start the head count off, i'm putting myself out on a one month hiatus due to real life commitments which i've mentioned earlier, but i'll be around on the forums and steam to help out.

haha, jas, you fail at new page.

etsuko, you just highlighted most of what i wanted to say, so i wont add any extra other than i too believe we only need a 16slot server at most. one question though, do we want to keep the server running for october in the first place? or should we discontinue it and reengage reuben later when we are completely organized?

and perhaps we can get everyone to come online sometime this week so we can discuss it in the group chatroom? what do you guys think?

6. Lastly, tourneys.

using etsuko's model, since its comprehensive enough tongue.gif

kyril, i suggest that anyone who wants to confirm their status as clan members to PM you, since you're one of hte founders, unless anyone else wants to step up.

as for the list, for training i think in comparison to the crowded schedule we had before, a more relaxed one with one or two sessions a week should suffice to full scrims, whether within the clan teams or with other clans. for other skill training anyone is welcome to form smaller groups for class specific skill training, which may be coordinated through the leader if thats what everyone wants. if we use our weekly session for both internal training and inter-clan scrimming, we should have a nice progression, hopefully.

may i suggest that we meet online on wednesday or thursday, or worse comes to worst saturday evening to discuss things in the group chatroom?

i think i'll agree, we should probably start with what we have now, but let any latecomers still have a go til Oct 10th. in the mean time we can do some skill training and whatnot.
