yes somehow thats right... but the next time u get players in make run a trial 1st. As a real trial instead of probationer method which I see like u not judging people by their skills but rather of how long the are in the clan and post forum threads... in other words... host a tryout for LYN.. thats what Clan V have been doing. (Not V.Co)

I believe that's what we're planning of doing as well. No offense if it looks like we're mimic-ing you guys.

But yeah, I'd like to say 'anyone' is allowed to tryout but unless you pass the tryouts or practice with the team then you'll be accepted. No one likes a person suddenly turning spy for no value of the team. LOL!

Anyway, farming of new members will have to be approved by tomato/kyril or sewers. I'm only a member who's trying to manage when the rest aren't around.

Sewers did ask me to help manage things while he's in his new semester now. But I see him as still the leader therefore I want him/tomato/kyril to make the call. I'm only a member who's assisting whenever I can.

But I guess he should be fine with it kua. So, if there are new people please make sure you're available for scrims when LYN++ have them.

thats what i want to discuss for the past 2 weeks but sewers had no time to organize a meeting for that. i was wishing etsuko can help him organize one. and u realy want to know spying, look carefully and tell me who hasn't scrimmed be4 even be4 our old LYplusx2 disbanded.

Hey gais, Got a problem here, my friend just got TF2 but he says everytime a pyro comes out and he flames his comp actually freezes momentarily before continuing. Anyone know what's happening? I checked DirectX version and it checks out fine, He's using 9600GT

drivers perhaps? i'll check with a friend of mine (unless you see him first online or something) fullmetalneko. i remember he had similar problems with his game when valve had added those sparklies to the flame and teleport.

has your friend had this problem for a long time? or just recently?

well i hope that they both figure out who should lead, and tbh i don't think it's too bad of an idea to lead a clan with two ppl, actually in our clan, we are all helping each other out and doing whats best for LYN++. And i don't think we did count tomato and kyril in the main members nor the sub members of LYN++, their the founders of LYN++. and the person i'm talking about still isnt' tomato or kyril.

someone that is active and knows the game pretty well. someone that has a clue and knows what to be done to improve the team.
i don't even know who is your current lineup so it's difficult for me to say who can take that spot.

well to be frank, i don't think there's any1 better then both of them except for razercicak, but he's been MIA for a while. If etsuko nor sewers can lead i don't really know who can. and no offence but what do u mean by knows the game pretty well, as in? I really appreciate that you are helping our clan by pointing out what we are doing wrong.

Well my friend didn't hve this problem when he was using his old graphic card but it lags, after changing it along with new mobo and psu the problem happens. Already advised him to upgrade his graphid driver but the problem still persist it seems

a player that knows the game is someone who knows how to run strats and tactics and knows how to recover from mistakes. but from my observation, i think none of your players have that due to the lack of experience.

what i could suggest is, at least you guys could nominate 1 player to step up to the plate and run it. by running it, you guys should play more scrims than just waiting for other teams to invite you to one. when you guys play better teams, observe their team play and positions. once in a while call in for a group chat and discuss each others team play.
