So approximately 4.5-6k? If that's the case, I may have applied for the wrong position; looking for something that pays along the lines of 10-12k.Accenture's Consultant Salary Range

QUOTE(Manada @ Dec 25 2016, 08:29 PM) Hello, I recently applied for their internship and they already interviewed and debrief me on the project that I will be working, if they accept me. Let me guess? Digi? The project I will be assigned if accepted is a telco client. in fact, one of the biggest telco company in Malaysia. I'm afraid I will be placed under tremendous stress and no work life balance since the interviewer and project head sort of "hinted" to me that I will need to OT and travel to client's office as an intern. ohmy.gif Just wondering if there are currently working in accenture, and specifically in telco projects so I sort of know what to expect. thanks! Yes Accenture is very high level stress but trust me it's worth it. Why i said like that? Previously i got offered to intern at accenture but rejected then i pass to my roommate and he accepted it, and now he's really love what he did and feel really worth it. Yes currently he work at one of the telco projects. I said he is happy because during his intern he get a lot of pressure and obviously in return knowledge received and while me rilex during intern now i need to be a hardcore learner to catch up things which give me a lot of headache as you are true employee now, not an intern. My piece of advice is just go for it. When u got accepted u may pm me, maybe i can introduce him to you so you won't feel alone hehe. |

QUOTE(Manada @ Dec 26 2016, 10:21 AM) tm level 20/21 rite? i think now shouldn't be too stressful since it's just ms and some scrum activities? i might be wrong but yea in acn it is expected u will be at client's if u don't want to 'travel' then this is not the right company for u even as an intern |

QUOTE(Manada @ Dec 26 2016, 06:03 PM) He did an internship over there, @tm, debugging stuff.. well since his passion really into programming so he doesnt have much stress about it plus he love it. The one that make him stress is to go to the work need to use federal lol, jammed. All in all as far i remember during his intern he tell me that his colleage is superb nice if you're nice, they expect you to be happening type of guy even when busy, plus they do watch you how you make a network over there, if you really well known and perform during intern, you will be like him, before leavin, he got an offer letter to start immediately after convo. Stressful work level is high, and travel is a must since they're doing consultant.., but how you tackle those stress is what they want... like he said, if stress doing code, get up and go have a chit chat and be cool. If u can't cope with this stress then u might find other place i guess.. |

Hi,
I have 2 offers, one from PWC and another from Accenture. Both as business analyst for IT project. My question, if comparing this 2, which one is better in term of culture, worklife balance, bonus, increment and career progress? |

QUOTE(yurie @ Feb 4 2017, 10:25 AM) -Software Developer/Programmer I'm not familiar with those titles while I was there but if I have to make a guess, -Software Tech Consultant Are the 2 the same? Same department too? The job description is similar. - Software Developer = level 11 (entry level position: RM 3k+/month) - Software Tech Consultant = level 9 (RM6-7k?) Based on the title, it seems that the payroll will be under Accenture Solutions. As you may have gathered elsewhere, folks in Solutions are the underdogs of Accenture. May I know where will you be based in? |

Just wondering since 2011 I left Accenture as an analyst after working for one year. What would be the rough salary if I stayed on to work until today (6 years experience).
I started fresh grad with a salary of RM3,600. First year salary increment was like 100 to 200 ringgit only. Bonus one month I think. |
