Hi.

The solution side means the System Engineer and Network Engineer?

How about Business Analyst? The salary range is similar to consultant?

Does one need to have business background or IT background for Business Analyst?

Thanks for the information.

Depending on which level u come in (Fresh or Experienced)

If Fresh and to positions similar to business analyst/functional analyst will be no less than 3.6k.

If you're in as a consultant should be 6k

If systems engineer will depend on what they offer you (should be round 4k to < 6k)

Accenture? I did some contract work for them and it was hell. The project manager and consultants were a bunch of amateurs running the project like a school project, exploited/cheated the contractors and client every single chance they got, the project was over budget, badly implemented, delayed and in spite of working everyone till late till the night (sometimes after midnight), they broke more things then they fixed with each deployment. Fortunately I'm out of the company now, but I have a very bad experience with the company. Supposedly they are a good company, but I just don't see it. Worst company I ever worked for/with.

If you ask those that works in HuaWei with on-going Telco projects they will probably say the same thing that the company sucks blah blah. This actually boils down to the client, and since its Telco, the size of the project is too big, confirmed there will be problems since theres only 1 project manager. =)
