Ahhh I love those shifts, the 4 days off are wonderful.

If you don't mind me asking, how is the average pay for a operation controller?

Pay is based on working years. The longer u work the higher u get from yearly increments.
That's it.
I will be working 2 years come this June.
Current pay is RM2750+petrol allowance RM200+ shift allowance (0.75% of basic pay per day shift)
So every month my nett would be around RM2900+/-

BTW, back to topic, when will we be receiving the latest cheque?

More interest on your ESOS, is they scrap it all together (mean no more ESOS, but existing ESOS remained).
Or suspend (mean might issue ESOS after certain time e.g. 2 years later).
Or you not eligible yet (mean maybe got minimum service period to get ESOS).

Last time it was depending on years of service. Minimum was 3 years.
But last year my senior who has been working for 2 years was offered.
Dunno why...me so far still no news. cry.gif

The cheque probably will be recived within these few weeks. The exercise date is 6-Mar-09.

Sorry a bit off topic here.. just curious 1 person can have max how many CDS account? Can I just open CDS account without trading account?

As far as I know, it's 1 CDS account per brokerage house.

Means you can have 1 in OSK, 1 in CIMB but not both in OSK.

Not sure about the 2nd question regarding trading account.

CDS account is with Bursa and not brokerage house rite? Only trading account is with them. Am i correct?

CDS account with bursa, but you are allowed to have one account with each brokerage, so you can have 10 if you open account at 10 brokerage.
