QUOTE(BravoZeroTwo @ Jul 23 2013, 07:30 PM) Hi, nice very low rpm but what car are you driving?I am driving the 2013 Honda Insight Hybrid Facelift. The engine speed at 110km/h is around 2200rpm according to tachometer.... If I cruise at 100km/h it is only 2000rpm :] |

single passenger rating with half tank
slow pickup but build momentum quickly estima 3.0L 100-110km/h @ 2k rpm, 130km/h@ 2.5rpm (or 2.6 cannot see properly) -low revving, cruising momentum keep holding 2k rpm (since last stop for 600m~) 130km/h+ @3.2k rpm, peak @ 4k be4 no power/acceleration at climbing -heavy acceleration uphill F/C 16.5L/100 km -low revving (never exceed 2.4k rpm, constant 2k rpm) F/C 18-20L+ /100 km -heavy acceleration n braking (always 2.5k rpm and 3.2/3.4k rpm) my petrol ron95 *all are accelerating, not maintaining speed. QUOTE(daryl020189 @ Oct 10 2013, 07:38 AM) How to compare which car is more powerful when the stat given on paper is 1) Is this the Honda CRZ Hybrid? The horsepower should be 135 right? 1) max power at 82@5500rpm Max torque at 172@3500rpm 2) max power at 120@6600rpm Max torque at 145@4800rpm 1 is higher in torque but 1 is higher power How would you define 'powerful'? If you add in the 0-100km/h sprint time you will have an idea. The century sprint time for CRZ is around 9 seconds. 2) Honda city? The century sprint time for City is around 11.4 seconds. Some cars have lower horsepower but higher torque and faster acceleration, such as mine (Honda Insight Hybrid) Horsepower is not everything......
