80 - 2.0 120 - 3.0 But I must stress this also. I noticed there will be some slight changes if youre using ron 97. When I using 97, 80 - 1.8. 120 - 2.8. I don't know this is placebo or what la. But I am also surprised |

QUOTE(PeesLife @ Feb 12 2016, 09:57 PM) Low rpm does not mean fuel efficient, there are too many variables and looking at rpm alone is absolutely worthless. +1Certain engines are build to burn more fuel for absolute power(torque) into the driveshaft, it is "heavier & harder" to make a turn hence the low rpm but high speed. High rpm - technically are more fuel efficient if the engine mechanism are designed to run on a low torque high rpm - ie: same speed as above however lesser fuel is required since it does not need to put out such a high torque into the drivetrain. Anyway rpm is not one of the way to determine fuel efficiency, infact low rpm is not efficient for practically everything within the concept of mechanicals RPM is not the representative for air fuel mixture. I think most car came with instant fc reading nowadays. You can use that to monitor your throttle control. It's not easyto maintain below 6-7L/100km. Even a slight tap on the throttle will increase fc without increase in speed. This post has been edited by andrekua2: Feb 13 2016, 11:58 AM |
