QUOTE(bv2427 @ Sep 30 2008, 10:41 PM) Not true man, if you read, most SteelSeries products are made together with the SteelSeries sponsored teams. This is of cos for marketing reasons, however, it also takes into consideration what the gamers want and need. After they make their products, I don't think they will want to use any other brand. It's like saying, Rooney makes a special edition Nike boot, customized to his needs, but then uses another brand. . . . yeap..SteelSeries FTW!! haha..they do use..they are all usin qck n 5hv2..5L for robban if im not mistaken..but den the mouse may be abit subjective..cz if they chg, they hav to get comfy all over again..lol.. any1 got news or pics if walle reali using ikari laser?

No offence, but again, ikari laser is more accurate then the optical, also, it tracks better then the da on qcks, why? Because the da simply skips on qcks, if you dont have problems, i am really interested in your sensitivity~ Most probably very high sens... As for da being light? Lol? Its freaking heavy compared to the ikari, if i'm not wrong, the da is 133g, while the ikari is only 104 xD
Ps:Sorry fo having you guys waiting so long for the reviews, but still havent went back to subang xD

Currently using DA with 500mhz 450dpi. Sensitivity 1.45. About high sens, i dont know because im a low sens user. And i dont think DA skips alot on qck heavy.

Blah, the surface is same bro... So it skips on all qcks~ Whats ur sens? ?cm/360 Mine is 30cm/360, med sens i consider, 6/11 win sens, no accel... Mind to state yours? Oh, yeah, to be a little more informative, the da has prediction, the ikari laser dont, thats why the ikari is more accurate as it doesnt interpolate movement, but well, i dont think you'll notice it anyway, since the difference isn't that large in low sens...

For me it doesnt skip at low sens. Thats why qck and qck heavy are different for me. Deathadder can track better than ikari for me. Perhaps i need times to get used to ikari.

No, unlike shape tracking is a fact, the da doesnt track well on qcks, i tested and confirmed with other forum mates... The optical sensor tracks 100x better on the qck man, trust me, its thatr shape maybe, not the sensor/tracking, or if your using a optical, its the liftoff that your not use to, its like 4mm high... Its just retarded... Not trying to defend the ikari thou, i hate the optical version because of the liftoff zzz

I can track better with da not because of the sensor or what, but is because of the shape itself and i confirmed that. SOz cox i didnt mentioned properly just now.. Both sensors no different for me while using it on qck heavy. No skips at all. When comes to other pad, each of the sensors got it cons and pros.

Qck Mass is the same as QcK Heavy right? same thickness but different size Precise or not for the laser. I think we all know that optical suits for the FPS gamers right?

No they dont, 99.5% people who made it to the finals in any games use 3.0, or the 1.1, with qcks haha... They are just so used to it man~ After so many years of gaming with them...
