QUOTE(somiao5625 @ Sep 21 2008, 05:08 PM) Sigh, all the ss lovers... Cables issue? you got it for second hand?Tbh, i got a broken optical, local dealers wouldn't rma for me cost i got it from amazon... Steel's official support said that they'll contact me, but its been days and i havent got a reply yet... zz Brian, u certainly got me a good product xD Anyhow, this is my summary on the mouse... The ikari optical that i got has cable issues, it connects and dissconnects randomly, but i manage to use it for some time... Tracking is good, however, the liftoff is gay, utterly horrible, 7mm on the destructor, on cloth pad i think its less, but still unusable... Due to steel's dev team which consist of four random fellow's who does't even have a proper degree, the tried to reinvent the mx518.510's optical engine, position it vertically, hence the insane liftoff distace and neg accel, casanova, saying steel is "new tech" whr they are just using logi's engine and trying to mod it but failed miserably is just LOL Get your facts right before you comment? As for the shape, its trully amazing, they did their homework here, But still has its weaknesses, the mice is hard to lift, because its grip is an outward grip, but the problem can be solve by -> http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/ind...oducts_id=23823 But i dont think its available, maybe we should start a bulk ^^ Maybe i'll get a laser version of the ikari later and do a review, but for the optical version, a dissapointment due to the high liftoff on hardpads mostly... I have experience quite a number of mice so who ever have questions feel free to ask me~ Regards, Samuel |

Precise or not for the laser. I think we all know that optical suits for the FPS gamers right? |

QUOTE(CasaNova™ @ Oct 16 2008, 10:19 AM) from wat i read on the net..the ikari got quite a gud rep..for now at least..stil waitin to see whether walle would be usin dat..if yes,it would boost the sales tremendously..jus google..loads of reviews on it.. Yes, Sennheiser may not be a gaming brand. And doesnt mean all the headphones around the world gotta be branded "gaming" then people will buy it.wan separate mic..jus get siberia..it fits all ur criteria..no nid pc350 la..sennheiser not gaming brand..but sennheiser builds headset.. I own a Pc-350. From my very honest opinion about this headphone. There is cons and pros. Cons is, No usb sound card for it and is very expensive Pros? Dont know where to start. lol. i like the mic. never try such a crystal clear mic. For a "gaming headphones" yeah. Good mic. The listening part, is so soothing that made you so high~~ lol. Im sorry for the off-topic. I do own a Ikari optical. i gotta complaint about the mouse. I keep pwning people till people hate me |
