Charge meaning press and hold a certain direction

for Chun Li its ..

Hold <---- for 2 to 3 secs
then ----> <---- ----> + all the 3 kicks for the Ultra Move

Anyway, played the game for 2 hours without realizing how much time had passed. Best fighting game, period.

Dyna, it's 55 frames, so 2 seconds is the right part.

I remember SF4 running at 30fps.

The stupid seth teleported like nobody's business, wtf... i just block block block until got chance to attack, but he'll throw me here and there also ~_~

Uh, my thumb is little aching.

If based on the videos, jump when possible. He'd Yoga Teleport everytime and Spinning Piledriver you when close. His chances are available after a Shoryuken I believe.
