Seth is one weird character. His Ultra Combo is a ...... "Vacuum" ? and mimic so many people moves.

haha. He's the weapons director in Shadaloo. apparently, he's under M. Bison.

I won't M. Bison's ending, but it's quite shocking also. Seth managed to mimic other fighters moves due to obtaining data from them. Guile's mission is to retrieve Ryu's data from Seth with Chun Li's help.

This guy shows that in 2 seconds you can release. If your using stick, you can try and match his speed.

You can also if say you want to do combo with Guile, Up+HK, HP then Sonic Boom, jump first but holding the back button then kick. Then when you land down immediately let go of back, punch and then Right+punch, assuming you are facing to the right.
