actually not that heavy.. my body weight is 55kg only and i use 14lbs ball.. sweet weight.. if you hold the ball close to your body, no problem for u to use 13lbs or even 14lbs janji lubang jangan loose sangat or else you tend to grip the ball and it will feel a little bit heavy..

whats the diff between reactive n plastic balls?

reactive ball got core inside but plastic ball dun have...
ermm d different is reactive ball will easily hook, n d impact of d pin will be different, n of cos reactive ball is expensive n better

can anyone tell me what brands do endah parade bowling alley pro shop has? Im looking for columbia 300.. the pro-shop at summit sold the ball I wanted.. hahaha.. now thinking of endah parade.. but its soo far..

Im loyal to a brand.. akakakak! columbia is under ebonite now..

hammer is under brunswick..

so now there are only two different companies.. brunswick and ebonite.. hahaha.. brunswick balls never did give me the hard hitting action as compared to the columbia and storm balls that I've tested.. but that was 6yrs ago.. LOL! hammer balls are hard to come by back then..

buy a video camera.. record your approach and look at yourself how you throw you ball.. you push away.. your back swing.. your release. your steps.. your slide.. see the pros.. a lot of videos in youtube.. if you still want to check what is wrong.. post it up here or go bowlingcommunity.com.. they are very helpful..
