Send a parcel to my brother in Pahang.Inside there is a PSU and GC.
gc packaged with padded envelope+extra sponge outside
Parcel arrive in good condition but now the gc is not working perfectly.
There is a line artifacts when start the pc.

this gc used to be mine. and i swear its working 100%
I will nvr con my own blood ler(to sceptic people)


What should I do now? really headache.pity my brother.really looking forward to play game with his newly acquired card...
He said earlier the heatsink(zalman) got some bent till hit the fan a bit...but he fix it already...now fan working fine.

operating environment:

crt monitor.
use vga to dvi adaptor
corsair 550w psu

well as u said, the package arrived in perfect condition so u cant blame poslaju.

How the fan gets bent? must be becoz when u packed it, no?

i think is not the fan bents, it the heatsink fin.

maybe because the PSU put together with the card and hempap the card. You should put the card in the different box (hard box). Envelope and sponge not enough to protect the card. both are easy to bend it self.

Even you have to do that, you should put the card on top and put THIS IS UP sticker. But that not help much, nobody care about the sticker anyway.

I Would Suggest You Ask Your Brother To Test With Another System..

never use poslaju especially if u wanna send expensive stuff. even if parcel received in gud condition, always had problem.. i dun blve in poslaju. only use skynet or gdex

according to my bro..
its not a severe bent...one of the zalman fin(u know got alot fin)
just knick the fan abit....not deform the heatsink too much..
he send mms to me...but i cant see any abnormal thing happen...

i got suspect as nordingh said...but i dunno!..
there is no scratch on the card nor nothing,..

i think poslaju rough handling that ruin my gc...

They might drop it when transferring item...

You know Pos, they always like that, main buang jer, unless the boxes have fragile or the pos staff the ignore the notice on box and just do buang2, ades...

Confirm mine have the pos fragile sticker.
Put by the staff in front of me.

damn f***k la pos laju!!

What more to tell, use alternative service is much better than pos malaysia, unless document then pos can do the job well most of it...

And think twice-and-more before decide your choice whose better serving better services...

Some additions, you must be ready to take any responsible to your packaging, because all parcel service basically giving boxes, plastics, and etc for you and they just sent the item for you, and, you must put something very soft inside to make it less damage at least...
