Send a parcel to my brother in Pahang.Inside there is a PSU and GC.
gc packaged with padded envelope+extra sponge outside
Parcel arrive in good condition but now the gc is not working perfectly.
There is a line artifacts when start the pc.

this gc used to be mine. and i swear its working 100%
I will nvr con my own blood ler(to sceptic people)


What should I do now? really headache.pity my brother.really looking forward to play game with his newly acquired card...
He said earlier the heatsink(zalman) got some bent till hit the fan a bit...but he fix it already...now fan working fine.

operating environment:

crt monitor.
use vga to dvi adaptor
corsair 550w psu


Shoud I blame the Pos laju? i blame pos laju of coz...but what can i do to help my brother here....

according to my bro..
its not a severe bent...one of the zalman fin(u know got alot fin)
just knick the fan abit....not deform the heatsink too much..
he send mms to me...but i cant see any abnormal thing happen...

i got suspect as nordingh said...but i dunno!..
there is no scratch on the card nor nothing,..
