Point and shoot market and camera is very predictable. Tell you what will happened:

It seems like Canon/Fuji not going to that path. Only us who know the goodness
of low noise will ask for lower pixel. If they going to increase pixel count, noise
will increase. Cannot defy law of physic. Cannot have bigger sensor coz price
increase.

LX4? The problem is not only noise. At high ISO or noise implementation,
basically Panasonic will over process it and destroy the picture.

Fuji sensor is Super CCD which is better than Panasonic normal CCD in noise
and other thing.

If only Canon want to win back Point and Shoot.
