it can be trace with the IP is link to which account at that particular time he made the post / msg / transactions..

basically lowyat.net have all the IP logs of all the messages going thru..

1) police go to lowyat.net check the member's msg,ip,date and time
2) police go to streamyx / time / maxis (whichever the IP segment belongs to)
3) streamyx / time / maxis check the date & time the IP is linked to
4) streamyx / time / maxis provide the details of the account to police
5) police go to the rat and satay 9 him
