I think it's because Amazon US is slow, got nothing to do with USPS. I have bought blu-rays from US eBay sellers, they only took 7 days to reach me and yup, by standard shipping but the postmen in my area are good and very thoughtful, they will horn to alert me that I have a parcel sent by normal mail.

Amazon UK and or shipments sent from the UK are way faster, took averagely 4-5 days to reach me. Just bought a VDH Mainstream power cord from an eBay seller, it reached me yesterday. I guess nowadays, the customs tutup mata liao, they can impose a 40% tax on my power cord but they didn't.

Sometimes, it could be the customs, can get stucked for months if you're unlucky. You can ask Amazon UK to resend if after one month still didn't reach you.

I just received another 3 BDs from Amazon UK, all with the dilepaskan chop from KLIA customs on the box so I wonder why you guys faced so many problems over a title or two. Very weird.

According to the reviews, the PQ wasn't really that good. Thought of buying it actually but in the end, I didn't. I have it on dvd and if the PQ is not that good for BD, might as well, skip this one.

There's no solution. If you don't pay, they will rampas the whole shipment but if you want to settle under table, you still need to pay duit kopi. Worst come to the worst, asked them to send back to the sender and ask for a refund. Of course, sometimes it might not work, the customs might insist to hold on the package.

I think your BDs ran into problems la, last week entertainment2Go in the UK have sent my hd-dvd, it has reached me today. I believe you should ask those folks at Amazon UK what happened to your BDs or call up the customs at KLIA Pusat Mel Pos Malaysia, you should be able to get the number from Pos Malaysia customer service people.

Fifth Element is also $14.95 as usual. Why can't we have all titles at $14.95.

It depends on your hall size, if your house is bigger than A&L's showroom, then you'll need to get the bigger one. For me 10" more than enough for my needs, it was a big improvement over my previous subs so I'm quite happy with it.

Honestly, for the action starter pack, it's a good deal, just that I don't like Miami Vice aje but for the price, who cares, rite? U-571 and End Of Days are both worth getting, I had the hd-dvd version before so I can confirm this. Plus with DTS-MA ........ I can't imagine how good it will sound.
