I thought i read somewhere SPS bought over those affected houses, so basically it belongs to SPS now, just not sure what they gonna do with it, leave it abandoned?

No compensation paid, or your friend did not want to accept it? I read it from another forum some of the affected owners got paid huge sum..

It's either you want a landed property or you want high-rise living with lifestyle attached... For those who wanted to buy into SW, I don't think it is a money issue for them, if they can afford a RM550k three bedder in SW definitely they can afford the landed houses in Wawasan... the question is, do they want to??

Most if not all the hotels currently in Puchong are budget hotels.. I hope the business-class hotel in SW will be different and really cater for the business community rather than "individual pursuits", although that will be hard to avoid. Hope it will slightly upmarket type and not fall into the same old category of what we already have there now..

Err..let's see:

1. LRT extension - confirmed and started
2. LDP widening at Puchong Jaya interchange, permanent contra flow and new flyover from Puchong to Sunway direction - announced by Litrak, yet to start
3. New highway from Kinrara to PJ - announced, yet to start
4. What else??

Same, my eon bank statement also have interest and late payment charge... but i think it will not be born by us as i have seen the same charge a few months back and after that it was cleared in the newer statements..

At this rate the commercials are never getting CF... the traffic plan already approved by MPSJ before, can they revoke it now?

Blame MPSJ lar... SPS build as per approved plan but now MPSJ dont want to give CF due to local residents protest...

Lol malu or not dun affect the buyers, LAD 10% p.a still valid.. better than rental return lol...
