Portugese Settlement as in A formosa area and jonker street ?

Hi all,
I have question about Malacca.
Going there tomorrow with my mother and grandmother.
I'm driving all the way from KLCC.
actually I want to attend my class until 11am (Im in Cyberjaya) and then pick up my mom in KLCC, ETA 12pm there.
So I think will reach malacca about 3-4pm. Is the Jongker street still open??

Please anyone gimme information, really need to plan it tonight.

What about Chung Wah, Taming Sari, the ferry, or other attraction?
I'm not very familiar with Malacca so I plan to just park my car near the Jongker Street and then walk to some of tourist attraction.
Any suggestion?

Yeah... if not chung wah, hoe kee also will be good, since my grandmother want to try chicken rice ball.
I think I will go lha tomorrow with or without jongker street.


Is there any other tourist attraction I could visit except museum (My group is all 49yo+ lady none of them will interested on it)
Prefer something for sightseeing but will be better if not lots of walk require. Like the Taming Sari, just sit and enjoy

hey am going up to malacca last min but most of the hotels in jonker is booked for the weekends, any1 knows of other hotel ard that area ? usually stay baba house but not only it's book , even the nearby hotel puri , hangout@jonker , etc , my last trip there saw some new hotels , any1 got any info ? thanks

Yea.. Nadeje.. I heard it was located inside Dataran Pahlawan Mall? So there is other chain located in the shop lot opposite the taming sari?
