would some malaccan or some experience food hunter recon me with some great food ?

BTW..
1) Historic belt area is aurrounding A-Farmosa, Stadhuys, St Paul Hill & Mahkota Parade. Mleaka Raya is a new reclaimed land area beside this historic belt. U can't be wrong here wth more than 20 hi to low class hotels & B&B.. smile.gif

2) Jonker st area is consider Ancient Chinatown area & during my time late 70 to late 80 is really a ghost town & most buidings really teruk..Only in the late 90' & early 2000, Govt revived this area & now really booming Pasar Malam during weekend

3) New Chinatown area & old bus terminal..(well by now consider old area).. iz the ex shopping street of Melaka during 70-90 ..surrounding Jln Bunga Raya area & New Come road.. (Now Jln Munsyi Abdullah) - The famous O'cien (Fried Qyster) is located ctr of Jln Bunga Raya

4) Melaka Sentral/Tesco & upcoming Aeon Jusco  (This is now the new Central of Melaka where previously was a huge abandoned Sawah Padi where I pancing Ikan & playing wth the mud!!  biggrin.gif ..Nearest hotels here Golden Legacy/Naza (Both also about 1.5km away from the terminal!)

Sate celup: Capitol ( Jalan Temenggong(opposite bukit cina soya bean) or Ban Lee Siang at Ong Kim Wee

Chicken Rice Ball: Chung Wah N2 11.697 E102 14.909 and Hei Ji N2 11.717 E102 14.886 both at Jonker Street (The one wif the Astro Ah Xian picture....red colour one...dun go to famosa chicken rice...super expensive.... Others recommended by malaccan & less expensive compare to the Jonker St include: Lan Jie (Beside Ping Ming School N2 12.347 E102 15.180 & Huang Chang at Melaka baru N2 14.353 E102 15.482

Ikan bakar: go Alai N2 10.267 E102 18.447. Portuguese Square N2 10.988 E102 15.996 & Umbai N2 09.412 E102 20.167 not recommended

Fried Oyster - Bunga Raya N2 11.889 E102 15.077. But The Newton CultureFood Court N2 11.385 E102 14.880 actually not bad but KL pricing

Cendol: If you wan nyonya one,go to jonker street,I think the shop name is Jonker88 N2 11.806 E102 14.795 ...Or else,go opposite The Stadhuys...gt one indian selling cendol N2 11.673 E102 14.932 ...oso very famous.

i got no gps gadget with me
i only work base on wikimapia =)
and base on my memories of the roads

i mean , any more recommendation for foods
