im planning to go to A Famosa by bus but i just called transnasional that they dont stop at alor gajah anymore. gah!

you mean take delima to alor gajah then take metro bus from alor gajah to A famosa or?..

Delima and Metro Bus use the Alor Gajah Toll instead of Ayer Keroh. I dont know on how to get to A Famosa, maybe it is along the route....

Basically to have a fun trip in Melacca is need how many days then just enough? Thanks.

My friends from outside Melaka wanna see the town on 15/ april 2012 (Hari Melaka Bandaraya Bersejarah)
As a Malaccan myself, I m quite embarrassed to admit that I don't know the city well.. I have been searching for something exciting/happening on that day but to no avail.

The only event that I can find is Festival Gendang Nusantara (I m not a fan of gendang  )

Actually, what I remembered during my younger days.. there were floats (kereta berhias), some perarakan and a carnivale-like atmosphere donning the street of Banda Hilir. Takde lagi kah?

Anybody knew what fun thing to do during the visit (other than river cruise, taming sari tower etc

and... and... and... is there such thing as HALAL satay celop? I am craving for one.. Never taste 'em before but it seem the Qs are always long at places selling them

kalau kita masuk tmn kota laksamana from jalan besar kan (either from tengkera ke, from town ke etc), ada area rumah kedai belah kiri.
masuk area tu (belok kiri lah kan), drive terus sampai kat satu roundabout kecik kat hujung tu, belok kanan, akan nampak kedai sate celup kota belah kanan. kalau terus ke depan lagi dah sampai pasar.

kedai tandoori tu belah depan2 dekat main road dalam taman. sate celup ni belah dalam.
