hey i dropped my phone on the floor now cant on. when on only got vibration no sound no display.

i sent it for checking the technician says the ic or circuit damaged but they couldnt repair as they dun hv the parts needed.

i tried the sony erisson shop opposite times square but fail as well.

anyone knows if where to repair this kind of problem in kl?

err..can anyone answer my question pls..cuz i tried to fix my phone for 2months+ d still cannot now using old phone p910 really miss the p1 feel

Hey guys I just bought a P1i last Sunday. Must say it's a pretty darn good phone. Can mod it to whatever I want to lol. Have a slight problem with Slick Messenger. Anyone care to help out?

Whenever I try to log into MSN, it will scroll through the messages (initializing, authentication) and then it will stop for some time at 'Getting list...' After some time, it will suddenly say 'You have been disconnected from MSN. Timed out' So, any helpful, knowledgeable souls out there? lol

Well, I seem to have developed another problem. When I receive SMS, there is no notification message even though I received the message just fine. Means no ringtone playing or a message saying i have received a sms.

It maybe a rumor...Or maybe Im wrong..the last seen P series is P5i Codename-Paris. After that no more P series..A guy said he get it from his source..SE engineers I think Btw, take a look.

I bought P1i AP on June at RM1080, just this few day went across this forum while I searching method to FLASH my phone.
Just successfully flash it to Chinese SG today, thanks everyone from this forum that contribute to all the solutions and nice application! BRAVO!

need your help guys. i been using this ap phone for almost 7 months now and encountered this problem only recently. the phone will power off itself and happens q  frequent this 2 months. normally i just press the power on switch and it will boot up ok but just now it happened again and when i press on the power on button, the screen and the backlight on the buttons will continue light up and dim back every one second. nothing shown on the screen. the boot up bar and the sony logo never appear. i need to press hold on the power on button to turn it off. anyone encounter this problem? i hope to find out a bit more about this problem before send for repair. Appreciate any suggestions.

My phone after reflash work like charm, even I changed the opening and closing animation to walkman animation
I think you could try to reflash it, maybe the system has been corrupted.
Just make sure your phone really has a latest CDA which listed in the first page of this forum
If after reflash still the same then maybe is the hardware problem, until then you only take back to the shop to ask for repair or waranty

yeahh..i think my pc got something wrong...will try reformat my pc n laptop and also want to try install vista..i want to see whether vista can help resolve my problem or not..and will let y'all knows the outcome..

the problem that when i wanted to delete the file (.sis) in D: all the file name not same as the apps  which keep popping up 

somehow when i try to retreive some information from those sis file, even the name has been change to numbers only.... that why cant differentiate which sis to delete

the problem is how i gonna delete those unwanted one??

lek_e30, i have one idea, reinstall the apps that always prompt you to install. and uninstall it again if this problem occurred after u updated ur fon..sorry, i hvnt read previous post..

reformat m2 n master reset fon... settle.  heheh..
