guys i need to advice here, my 1 week old Mitsubishi 2HP non inverter aircon just failed, only blow strong air, not cold at all. Asked the mitsubish technician come check and he told me my house piping and wiring are not for 2HP aircon. and the wiring already burn so the compressor won't run. He can't do anything because warranty only cover indoor blower unit and and the outdoor compressor unit.

So my question is, other than pipe, wiring for 2HP aircond also different?

I am n00b in this electrical thing but the installer should tell me it is not compatible, they should know right?
