I am thinking other than pana what brand use the R410?
How often we need to do the chemical wash for air con? and gas refill?

I had a daikin 1.0 inverter. So far so good. Only thing now like blower start to give noise, like blow hard then soft... I had been using it for 2 years, daily on (7 hours perday).
I thinking to do some service, i wonder the service price is same for non inverter? Mine is using normal gas.

Anyone know how to take out the blower to clean? Something DIY. I tried open the cover but can't find any place to take out. Cleaning the filter doesn't not help much, if u see the blower from near bottom you will surpised how dusty the air con is.

hi, i read the jintexelectronic website, saw the sanyo and sharp air con selling very cheap. But how reliable for this 2 brands? Sharp basic inv 1.5 - rm1188, sanyo inv 1.5 - 1288.
Sounds cheap compare with other brands. Mistral brand ok? selling 599 for 1.0 basic. Good for guest room.

Have any ppl here using sharp air con? Price looks attractive, and how about sanyo? I got the price list from jintex website.

Saw courts offer for Pana standard air con with installation about 880 something if not mistaken.

I used daikin for 3 years liao, so far so good just only done one standard service cleaning, no gass refill. Daikin probably a very quite in compressor and blower as well. Only problem is the colling effect. It doesn't cool very fast but in a moderate speed. I using inverter type. I on my air on at least 7 hours a day. My bill is about 50 plus. Of course wiht my refrigerator, water heater.

Now thinking to get one 2.0hp for my living hall, 2 unit 1.0hp for guest rooms. Anyway these room is only use ocasionally, so thinking to get cheap one. Saw Sanyo and Sharp quite attractive the price. Wonder how well is their performance.

So far my feedback back air on goes to LG, Samsung, York (noisy compressor).
