Planning to get air-cond this week because of current hot weather. This model good or not?

Panasonic Deluxe CU-C9KKH = RM1320
or Panasonic Inverter Deluxe CU-S10KKH = RM1420
(Price include normal installation)

The price of the inverter almost the same as non-inverter so I'm in big dilema now. Which one should I get? Inverter really can save electricity? What about the maintenace cost?
