I'm planning to fix 2 airconds in my master bedroom and another bedroom. Usage won't be high, only on very hot nights or if I have guests coming over. I'm staying in a service apartment so the electricity rate is slightly higher, compared to landed property or non service apartments. Based on this, is it recommended to get inverter airconds or normal ones are good enough since frequency of usage isn't every day?

I plan to go with Panasonic brand. How much roughly is the current price for normal and inverter aircond + installations?

How to dispose of faulty aircond unit? If pay the aircond installer, do they just un-install or will they un-install and take it away?

I want to install aircond in one of my bedroom but there is no aircond switch ready. Can the aircond installer also help to fix the switch or do I need to engage an electrician separately?

Today I went to one shop to ask about panasonic aircond. i asked the salesman issit panasonic brand good and he kinda shook his head saying that panasonic aircond now all made in China, no more in M'sia.

i asked which brand he would recommend and he said Carrier or Mitsubishi.

So, is it true panasonic not that good anymore? Should I go for Mitsubishi instead?

Panasonic room air conditioners are made in Malaysia, exporting to more than 80 countries. All parts are self sustained including their die and mold. PCB is outsourced from local company. So Panasonic is currently still Malaysia made.

I wonder y the salesman told me is made in China. So, should I go for Pana or Mistsubishi? I really can't decide. I think price wise they are quite similar.
