From what I know, the most efficience the toshiba inverter air cond. have a highest ratio of ERR 15.4 ( btu/ total input watt) Daikin is around 13.5 . And just addition information, First Inverter type air cond is invented by Toshiba in 1980. Toshiba is still have the most advance tecnology in Inverter air cond. Too sad, now very hard to find Toshiba air cond. ( part of the reason is their price is highly charge by installer in malaysia) But, you can get carrier air cond, also a subsidaries of Toshiba. No offence to Daikin.
