Just want to share about my bad experience with this Company " GAIN TWIN RESOURCES" (Bandar Puteri Puchong)

Bought 4 units of Daikin Aircond from them. Sales girls very friendly and explain in details about Daikin Aircond but when comes to installation that's where the nightmare starts. Damn pissed off now. They broke my toilet wall tiles and external wall cement at 2nd floor due to wrongly drill to install the copper pipe. Asked them to plaster it back excuse given" too high to plaster". They will just plaster from inside but never did. When comes to extra charge for copper pipe they are very details. Every single feet counts.


Question now, should I get them to plaster it back? Or any other suggestion?
