New compressor shouldn't be noisy, you should get the shop you bought it from or the contractor that installed it to check it for fault.If the Compressor not faulty then its possible the noise is due to vibration with the mounting bracket due to (a) Compressor not mounted properly on the bracket OR (b) the bracket isn't mounted properly to the wall OR © the bracket is not solid enough to support that compressor.
Either way the installer should be able to find the problem and solve it.
