Wanna ask the sifu sifu here, my condo comes with concealed piping (both copper and also the pvc) from indoor to outdoor unit. However the location is not so nice and I wish to extend it to somewhere else. The air-con installer told me its not advisable to extending the piping as he will have to bridge the current pipe to a new pipe, so there's a chance that the gas will leak. Furthermore, it seems he is only able to extend it for a few more feet only. Is this true?
What's the price for York A/C nowadays? So far I manage to find 780 for 1HP, 1040 for 1.5HP and 1770 for 2.0HP. All are the G models without those Ionizer and Inverter thingy without installation.
If the aircon got problem usually I ask back the shop or the York Service ppl ah?
edit: sorry typo for 1.5HP. should be 1040, not 1440.
