hello guys i need some suggestions on electrical works

1. I want to remove 1 Air Con from my Room (york 1hp)

2. I want to install a ceiling fan. I think hooks will be needed for that because my room no have hooks only have i light in the center. Have to remove that to install the fan.

3. Suggest me the best celing fan with 3/4 blades with best airflow.

4. I also need to install 1 aircon what will be the price?
