I am using Pana Inverter Deluxe 1HP. Really satisfied with it. Very quiet and so cold. Has been installed it just about 2 days ago for the master bedroom. What can I say, even at 24-26°C, I need to use the blanket to cover my whole body. It's damn cold. My office had using York, the unit is so freaking noisy for both indoor & outdoor. Really annoying. As for Mitsu, no comment as I had never experience with this product yet. 

i went to Sen-Q 1U yesterday.. they are doing promotion Pana Inverter 1HP econavi one (not sure Deluxe or not) if not mistaken Rm1099 free installation...

I found a contractor done the conceal piping for 200 per unit. And i got Panasonic 1HP for 950 basic one..

Correct wat. The pipe already have some slighty angle down to the outside main pipe. The water will flow out without any problem.

Just makesure the joint to the outside main pipe seal properly. You don't want shit water leak out.

Can the shit smell redirect out from our Air-Cond water outlet pipe? 

Oh ya, if that is a shit pipe, maybe the shit smell will come out from the aircon pipe when dry. And worst, the shit bacteria will spread to your room.

You have a problem.

May not be sewerage pipe, can be rain water pipe, but doing that way is wrong, your building management find out you have problem. If is rain pipe, heavy rain you risk water flowing out.

See if it connect to any of your toilet our above toilet.
