Well, Ipoh I haven't found any dealer for 3M, so I guess the best you can find is order from KL and deliver to yourstep, find local plumber from Ipoh, and ask him fix for you. Looking for 3M filter best price isn't hard, but looking for good plumber and workmanship best price is the hardest part.

What is your monthly water usage? I change my first one cartridge when close to 24 months of usage. We don't use that much water,  8-9m3 per month, and always FOC. Thanks to the Selangor current Government (PKR )

I change mine because is long overdue, water pressure still good. You mileage may varied depend your monthly usage and water condition.

Always follow the guideline recommendation to change your filter. POE still can lar, but not POU, overdue too long could cause your water even worst.

Ozak, last i checked the 3M AP902 replacement cartridge price at Perfect Living Exhibition last month was RM450 (List Price).
If want cheaper alternative yet serve the same purpose, perhaps this one ? RM450 only.   
For POE water filter, I use 2 units  cheapo RM25 AEON Big standard transparent 10" water filter housing, first filter I use the easily available 5 micron PP sediment filter cartridge and second filter use 1 micron cartridge. The RM3.00 1 micron cartridge can get from The Living Depost, right in front of AEON Big Puchong Utama. So far, water quality in my area is quite clean and I only need to change the cartridge every 3 to 4 months. Some ppl may have the opinion that this type of POE sediment pre-filter is inconvenientand need to change cartridge very often though it is cheap and low maintenance, but to handyman ppl like you it's kacang la. After all, frequent replacement of cartridge also means you get rid of harmful bacterial stuck at the cartridge more often.

This is my Amway water filter system.

Can anyone tell me what has happened and whether I can exchange for a new one (warranty) or I have to pay for the repair?

It suddenly stop working and I switch it off and then noticed this happened.

Already contact my distributor and he said need RM100+ to repair it. The warranty is expired long time ago.

Today when I search back the warranty card, it stated 10 years for the hose and 1 year warranty for the gauge and pressure from the date of purchase. How come some said 2 years warranty?
