Seriously i never check with customer service.
Because i asked my colleague who got the same type of fridge, she mentioned the same.

I noticed in normal rate, the motor works OK, and quite quiet.
the problem starts only if you put lot of new stuff into the fridge or leave the door open for quite sometimes,
then the motor start maximum boost.

Below is the sound in DB when my hitachi 600 litres inverter fully pick up.
Stays constant around 60db..
Which I think too noisy for me.

but after picked up then back to normal < 10-20db i guess.

Noise level is very depend on personal, if some one can record down this "normal running and inverter pick up noise" as sound clip and upload here will be great.

how big capacity (litre) fridge is recommended? to get big or small fridge? many recommend bigger the better. but space constrain what is a recommended one. dont want end up getting too small and regret later

    i had the same experience too.. Domestic Minister had the last word on the capacity..

i use 30% of the storage for "green bottles" beverages 

Glass or canned? Makes all the difference in terms of space consumption.

Buy a wine chiller will do. A standard size one like a mini fridge can store up to 30 bottles.
As for whiskey, no need to keep in cold, just store away in a dry cool place not under direct sunlight will do.

TBM in old klang rd is the best. Don't go to other branches.
I live in Puchong and I don't bother to walk into any of the electrical shops here. They look like they want to eat you haha.....

Or JintexElectronics in Paramount if you know exactly what you want
Btw Mitsubishi has some that has a ice maker as well but the one similar price as the hitachi, seems not as nice as the hitachi unless you go for the higher range Folio. No Inverter though.

Jintex price no need to negotiate too much, straight away give but his selection there low unless you know what you want and he can order for you.

TBM prices, you need to do some homework first to find the best price then go there to negotiate. Their people quite friendly. Dunno who is the son but the guy I deal with, I bought my WM and dryer from him at the very first homedec in mid valley many years ago. Now he also became big boss no layan at the shop but sometimes still there during weekend.

If you go to TBM during weekends, quite crowded with shoppers macam ToP Ten light shop lol. The thing I like about TBM is that they can hold the barang for me until I'm ready for delivery. Sometimes wait 1-2 years lol
And no worries about them closing down

i was looking at mitsubishi folio until one of the shop salesman intro me to panasonic NR-F555TX. According to him, it saves more electricity compared to mitsubishi folio series. any opinions on this?

i was looking at mitsubishi MR-BX52W and MR-Z65R. Just knew Z65R is an old model. but like it cos of the huge nett capacity.

icic...the salesperson told me panasonic is best in energy saving... but these NR-F555tx n r-c6800m should be ok right since its from japan? overall brands i think ppl prefer mitsubishi. n they r the first to come up with this multi door design

I went TBM today to check on my purchase whether they kept my purchase for me or not but super jam at OKR due to Wesak day at the temple there, had to turn around.

I got one Pana Plasma TV and a Hitachi fridge on hold pending delivery. Already paid 50% deposit

Previously I bought Electrolux WM and Dryer, Hitachi Plasma TV, Sharp French door fridge from them....no problems. As long as they don't run away....kekeke 

never been before to TBM, but i can say that jintex price is competitive though not the cheapest.

i find that ss2 happy price is the cheapest, though i'm not sure if they deliver free to putrajaya.

if ceres5000 stays at putrajaya, not worth for her to go so far just to save on few ringgit.

anyway, wouldn't mind going to TBM to check on their price, are they only at old klang road?
