corez...is the BLR going to naik crazily?

Thats why when I apply for my house loan late last year I insist on fixed rate. So I have a fix 5.5% for 5 years. After 5 years I will shop again for better loan and hopefully the economy are a bit better.

BTW BLR could go as high as 10-12% sweat.gif

The only thing i got on the BLR is that someone in the Finance thread posted the BLR cycle before.

Looking at it, they peaked in 86-7, 97-98 and 2008-9 maybe. Its a cycle.

The oil price was a bomb as people thought it should actually be low. But for the BLR to be increased, its gonna get tougher for all of us to own cars, houses, and get credible loans.

Falling economy? No more resiliency is what i see.

Damn, did not realised you play those monthly prediction thingy.

All my prediction never came true though.

@Kyo, its weird that we suffer when oil price is at a sky high price. Example, if I own an apple ochard, I would be praying that apple price will increase as I can make more profit. Its a crude example, but I belief that if we were managed properly the 'rakyat' should be praying the oil price is high. BTW, even the Felda ppl are enjoying the rising price of Palm oil and rubber, so why must we suffer every time oil price increase? Weird huh?

Because everyone has their own agenda. We all want profit from everything. Which is why the price of oil spikes high. Its needed, so the need is manipulated. If u have something that is already a necessity in this world, expect it to be manipulated by others.

We all wanna live comfortably, driving big cars living in big houses. The thing is, people look over the fact that we need what we need. That's it. Others are supplementary. Even I would like to drive big cars and own big houses, but I dun want to own big cars (just drive them occasionally) and I want to work hard for a big house.

I followed the oil price in the states and the price is now dropping back to less than 130 USD a barrel compared to 147 2 weeks ago. If the oil company profits, no one else does. Why? Cuz ur gonna just keep it in ur coffers. That's why others suffer.

Corez, ur example actually has a better solution than praying for a higher price. Higher production and higher quality is the real way to go. In fact, with such efficiency, the price of goods like the apples can be brought further down. A real marvel that people never realize (Or, they are just lazy.)

@Bose, thats why I'm a bit relieved to finalised my HS loan earlier this year and lock the rate for first 5 years. Nowadays its hard to find banks that give fixed rate edy.

some of my colleaques here have been skipping their break and busy searching/ reading bank's brochure~ in the ray of hope for a better rates to re-finance their Hs loan.

not to mention, in the recent price hikes of essential goods, ppl are demanding for higher salary else threaten to quit.

If u ask me, i'm waiting for a huge takeover to commence soon.

The grounds, our country.

The takers, a hidden force that are controversial.

There will come a time when paper money, will totally be obsolete. That hidden force will make that happen.

To note, the real recipe to better living in this life, is to get adequately compensated for the work you do. Even people who makan gaji can live in banglo houses. They just do their work much much better and much much more. There is no excuse for people not to be rich.
