Let say u have an 3G iphone now at Singapore which is under singtel 2 years contract plan .
How if , in between this 2 years , u have a plan to go for vacation at US for 1 month bla bla or somewhere around the corner in our World
( * not SG )
In others country u might not have singtel reception at all , and u gonna buy another sim in order to call out or call back to hometown . SO how u gonna make a call in that time .... *when ur iphone can't use other sim at all [ No Service or SIM Failure ] .

Morning, hehe regarding the quota thingy. Yes most of the telco would promised /deal with certain amount of units form the phone production.

that's why sometimes or most of the time Singtel phones look more tempting compare to others

Coz they have money and large sub base, so they can take more stock and sell to customer with slightly cheaper rate

Haha 2 days first come first serve iPhone 3G just hoping only. Coz Singtel is the Boss Boss in S'pore, sure they will promote "SINGTEL" for its own reputation with BEST COVERAGE.

I wonder the plan charges ea month will be how much? counldn't be S$24...sure S$43 and above...

Wah....like that i die la, for my prepaid i'm didn't use 30dollar for 2 months
Very expensive lo........then must think carefully.

Just wait for official plan.

For Malaysians that's gonna be expensive:

iPhone = FREE
Monthly fees = SGD100
Contract period = 24 months

Total = SGD2400

Hopefully the above does not reflect the actual plan when the pricing is revealed later this week. One more important thing to consider for fellow Malaysians is must make sure if Singtel says UNLOCK, UNLOCK for all telcos in SG OR UNLOCK for any telcos out of SG as well.....

If we not register than maybe we cannot get on 22nd August.
