sorry to impose, but free feel to reject my request. no problem at all.

considering that you will be rushing to the s'porean iphone launch, is there any chance that i could ring you up for confirmation that it'll work on a malaysian sim card? slim chance that it will be unlocked, but nothing wrong to be hopeful

thanks louismhc

I dunno how many singaporean using singtel and how many of them using plan. You also know that their law will not allow telco to sim lock like a few other countries. Don't forget their market just not Singapore, but also Thailand, malaysia and Indonesia.

Sure...once i get the phone will update here, coz i'm Malaysian too.
Need to use Malaysia's sim card smile.gif

Guys....if the phone is lock, i will quite this deal. I'm rather get a ticket and when to NZ to get it. Getting a plan for me in Singapore is just a stupid ideal, coz my company provide me a cell phone too. Let's said if i get this phone with singtel's plan, i will be keeping the stupid sim card on pocket and put in maxis on it whistling.gif
For me to get "singtel's plan" is just to make me easier and get "Aifontriji" only brows.gif

Nokia, we all know that singtel own 100% aust optus, right. So, why not they just follow the same concept like optus? FYI, singtel also have a share in Bharti India and Globe philippine. Both telco also will launch iphone on 22nd august.

generally from the MNP review recently this week...Singtel having the larger sub base in singapore with prepaid and postpaid...

i would say this iPhone going to launch next friday will be contract base. On top of tat u have to pay at least S$500+ with 2 yrs contract...
(for my own reviews no source smile.gif )

why would i say that....coz Singtel can get mass products from Apple where they can meet the quota with Apple to promised them they can sell that certain amount. But for Starhub and M1...they cant promise Apple they can sell tat amount compare to Singtel.

If u in Singapore, remember when the first launch HTC Diamond? Singtel giving best offer whereas other telco's price tag above S$200 extra compare to Singtel.

haha every telco giving out cheap phones they loss profit ~
Nevertheless, with contract base phone will be slightly cheaper than outright but still u have to fork out extra money to get the phone on top of that..every month u got to pay at least S$24 for the line hehe

S'pore telco is smart hehe
I also hope tat Singtel giving 2 days HOT SALE for 500 first comers for S$0 3g iPhone hehe

I dont think that there is a min quota for telco to achive. Beside that, you must remember about their law regarding sim lock.
