i eated at Yap Wing Klang BKT @ Bdr Puteri Puchong (a few shops next to Axian Dim Sum) just now. RM25 for the set for 2-3 pax. Got 1 dry and 1 soup BKT (small), vege, rice and chinese tea.

the soup version is quite starchy and thick, taste wise quite spesial coz not too herby nor too sweet.. a very spesial edition. meat was tender mebbe because they gave a lot of fat one. rating 6/10

dry version is comparable to Yap Beng @ Equine Park. Their versi is sweeter one, and little wetter. Not bad at all. rating 7/10. **I rate Yap Beng 9/10 on a good chef day.

Both Decanter and Decanter Too (Hartamas) are more of a youngster's drinking spot rather than a nice place to have birthday dinners. Why not try Westin's fine dining Italian Restaurant, Prego? Good food, wines and unique service, not too uptight but not too sloppy as well.. They theme their restaurant as a "fun dining" outlet but you have to patronize the place yourself to find out what this truly means biggrin.gif If you do go, make sure you mention about the special occasion wink.gif

It's in Westin KL, along Jalan Bukit Bintang. Forgot to mention the price isn't a killer as well, around RM40 for a wood fire pizza for two ppl. But trust me when I say the food is good, real Italian smile.gif Yup, they have special arrangements and perhaps even a complimentary dessert to match the occasion. Depends on availability lor..
