The answer is yes! you need another amp for you woofer...unless u want to use passive crossover for ur mid+tweeters with 2 channels and another 2 for woofer..

I prefer ur current setup and get another amp ..can tune better with e-crossover.

nice amp u got there..the original V12.

What type of car are you hooking it up to? sedan or hatchback? type of music? SQ, R&B or techno? If have budget go for 1 more additonal amp & run a full 2 or 3-way setup.

im using the same amp tongue.gif never let me down hehe

depends on ur component set then. compare its rms / nominal power is under 55W, then u can juz use two channels for the set n the bridge the other to for ur sub. like that of course u're not using ur sub at its potential, but you do save some money smile.gif

if ur comp needs >= 55W, then i suggest u get a monoblock la since its a pity if ure not using ur component's potential

i bought it at RM750 only.. its used for a month plus only.. lucky me lor.. the previous owner bought it at Singapore after conversion is rm 1300. My pioneer HU i bought it here in LYN.

@dvlzplayground.. wow so many people from miri here.. ahhaa.. its a pretty good amp.. i always support alpine V12 and V-power amp.. the new PDX amp sound is superb but lack of bass. i tried it oredy ar Megashine tat day.

@athlonxp.. so far Miri only selling P1 12" woofer.. RM 600 for the woofer only and RM1k for the woofer and ori enclosure, with the cool silver air outlet design.. tats the price they gave me la.. confirm ori and not AP warranty. for AP warranty is RM 450 like tat i think.. not recommended tho..

For Wira sedan you can maintain your current setup for your existing 2-Way front passive component setup with some slight tweeking of your build-in active at your amps. Go for a single 12" woofer with full enclosure bridge matching your current amps output; tuned well & you should attain your desired SQ level in relation to your hardware. You can hook-up the rear speaker directly to the HU to provide some sort of staging for the rear passengers but keep the levels low so as not to 'cross' for the front listening pleasure.
