QUOTE(tasriri @ Jul 23 2008, 08:18 PM) stratos, mind to share the price of ur V12 amp and HU? since we are from miri.. just want to know current market price btw, where did u buy the pioneer HU? i bought it at RM750 only.. its used for a month plus only.. lucky me lor.. the previous owner bought it at Singapore after conversion is rm 1300. My pioneer HU i bought it here in LYN. @dvlzplayground.. wow so many people from miri here.. ahhaa.. its a pretty good amp.. i always support alpine V12 and V-power amp.. the new PDX amp sound is superb but lack of bass. i tried it oredy ar Megashine tat day. @athlonxp.. so far Miri only selling P1 12" woofer.. RM 600 for the woofer only and RM1k for the woofer and ori enclosure, with the cool silver air outlet design.. tats the price they gave me la.. confirm ori and not AP warranty. for AP warranty is RM 450 like tat i think.. not recommended tho..

QUOTE(jimmylim85 @ Jul 24 2008, 09:54 AM) may i know is your alpine v12 and the new PDX uses which class amplifier? Class A/B or Class D? Class A/B for my V12.. the PDX i not sure.. Its class A/B also.. coz i remember see-ing the other PDX series is Class D mono. Added on July 24, 2008, 2:47 pmQUOTE(MobyDick @ Jul 24 2008, 10:03 AM) For Wira sedan you can maintain your current setup for your existing 2-Way front passive component setup with some slight tweeking of your build-in active at your amps. Go for a single 12" woofer with full enclosure bridge matching your current amps output; tuned well & you should attain your desired SQ level in relation to your hardware. You can hook-up the rear speaker directly to the HU to provide some sort of staging for the rear passengers but keep the levels low so as not to 'cross' for the front listening pleasure. this is how i was planning to do as well.. 2.1 setup lo.. the shop i went too recommend me a full closed enclosure for my woofer box as well.. QUOTE(athlonxp @ Jul 24 2008, 09:12 PM) quite expensive..almost same price as alpine type s or can get a pegasus PG1225 already and got some change left.. have u ever listen to that RF P1? how is the sound? Added on July 24, 2008, 9:14 pmsealed box require extra rms to get it sound decent..like your woofer is 150rms, your amp must be more than that like 200rms to push it of course this is just rough estimation, it is up to u i listen to Punch P1, P2 and P3 b4.. P1 is very nice.. enough for entry level SQ.. P2 more to SPL and P3 also SPL oredy.. and the RMS not necessary need to be over the woofer RMS.. i ever see my fren go competition the amp after bridges is just around 160RMS can push a 200RMS woofer nicely..
