I doubt if they will ever entertain your emails. You can try to call MCMC since I've heard some successful stories of MCMC solving consumer issues related to connectivity and billing problems.

rapidshare upload/download slow as hell this past few weeks...

damn screamyx screw up the routing..my celcom 3g got no problem accessing logmein at all..

1536/512 here. I finally was able to do a speedtest on the shenzen server and this is the beautiful speed I get. My current ip is 124.82.100.* range [location Sabah, kk, luyang].

Reporting from Cyberjaya. Package is 1M and can get 50kbps for international direct download links. Local websurfing is fast.

I guess Cyberjaya people are given a higher priority. Hah!
