If I get a 4850 with an aftermarket cooler, I guess I wouldn't need to adjust the temperature manually via the xml file since it's a reference board problem...am I right?

nothing in sight that can put ramsink at the back

Running it with Fur mark to stress the card

didnt think the card got heat issue

the heat pipe seems differnt colour... different material?
looks the same la but the material composit dont knwo the same or not...
palit colour looks cooll.....
however i notice once you have a this kind of cooling system, you wont be able to Crossfire because the heat dissipator is too tick to cater for Crossfire.... any ideas?

Gonna get Gainward 4870 soon. Any person used it before ? Hows the performance for this card ? My very first time buying ATI cards after long time supporting geforce series. Cant resist the price performance of 4000 series...

Whoah, the GC is totally stock? What is the temperature like? The HSF still the dual heatpipe one? or already changed? any heatsinks added to pwm or ram?

128bit memory suck! Spoil all the fun. Even with 2GHz DDr3 it is not enough. If they want to play 128bit they should have use DDR4-5.    another type of 8600GT

Because that kind of GPU will be bottleneck by the 128bit. and 128bit is DD3, not the fast memory like DD4-DD5   4670 is not much diff than a 3870.    putting 256bit and some aggressive pricing can kill the 9600GT market. If only AMD want to do it.
