Yes thats cause she got her breast injured and did not take care of it and let flies lay eggs there. This can happen to any one any part of the body or even any animal. After my dogs get into a fight and if I do not attend to the wounds soon larva will come out because flies lay eggs there. In poor countries like Africa where water is scarce and they do not know much about hygiene these stuff kinda occur. Just shows how lucky we are.

that is definately not normal...u dont get those when u're pregnant..well they do produce milk..but they're not sticky..still, i would seek advise from a female doc..take this seriously, it might be cancer or some STD diseases..not scaring u but early detection helps..
