Ive just opened an account with Jupiter. Got the account and all thingy but there's no remisier/dealer. Is this normal? I thought even if trade online, still goes thru dealer?

Why would u want a dealer?

Trading can be done:
(1) Smartphone - Android or Apple also can
(2) PC/laptop

Any issues, like withdrawal or deposit of cash, just call Customer Service.

Jupiter every day at website got market review/report and also trading ideas, sometimes also got company quarterly results review.

Unless u are the type who like to goring shares based on "hot tips", I don't see any need for personal interaction with a dealer. But then again, if u need personal attention from a dealer, the brokerage charges also different already brows.gif

Dont really need a dealer, its just my second time opening a cds account and the first one with bimb had a remisier/dealer attached to me. Was just confirming.

Actually, there is someone who will be assign to you. You will get the letter of the info someday.
Just, the person is not needed on your daily transaction what so ever.

Hey there Pink Spider, in the Jupiter Mpro app, where can I see the fees? When I bought some shares today, it only told me the share price bought and not the fees. I cant seem to find it in the app. Also, is it still RM10/0.1%? My friend told me they increased it? Thanks!

On a side note, U should change your avatar since it shows a girl and U don't want others to think U're a girl.
