Does anyone knows why Jupiter is giving 3 B-Q and S-Q for FOC effective April 2016???
If we want 5 B-Q or S-Q we need to pay!!!

While the brokerage had recently increased from min RM10 to min RM12, this is not what we expect from Jupiter.

Other IB are offering min RM8 brokerage as well as 5 B-Q and S-Q for FOC!!

i think they are the only brokerage doing this to their customer

once being classified as inactive, you need to pay RM20/month till god knows when.
they did not state.
so i assume even you become "active" again, this fees still persist

They did send the same email to me.
I call back and screw them.

They are already collecting RM1/month to let you see 5 Queue depth while others like Maybank is giving it for free.

Now they are charging RM20/month for what?

I iell them what i will do is i will do a buy and sell transaction for same counter.
that's it.
if they still prefer to classified as inactive, i will close my account with immediate effect.

The manager called back and say they would classify account as active again when there is a buy and sell transaction
