Guys, I want to confirm something regarding AF for CC.
If AF has been charged to the particular CC but I wished not to pay by cancelling the CC, will this action my CTOS/CCRIS record? Thank you. |

Guys, how do I read the report?
I registered online and got a report titled SelfCheck.html with file size of 69kB sent to my email. I saw nothing that requires my caution or attention. |

QUOTE(sailou @ Jan 2 2015, 04:43 AM) BNM shouldn't be open on weekends. Even they do work on Saturdays for half day, this Saturday is public holiday. So, no luck!As for CTOS, you can do online or through the phone. |

QUOTE(sailou @ Jan 2 2015, 11:47 AM) My friend told me can be obtained at AKPK Maju Junction on Saturday but I'm skeptical since it's stated open only on weekdays in their website. I'm not aware that AKPK also can obtain CCRIS report. BNM is obviously closed on Saturday. Just wondered if there are any other channels to get the CCRIS on Saturday. |

QUOTE(aromachong @ Jan 23 2015, 10:11 PM) Of course it won't take effect immediately. Whatever you printed from the kisok or got from via email is usually 1 month delay. As for my case on RHB CC, they're not removed from the CCRIS database/report even though I have cancelled it for > 1 year. As for Citibank, they're pretty efficient. |

QUOTE(aromachong @ Jan 24 2015, 09:15 AM) How long does it take for your Citi to remove from your CCRIS? I don't know since I cancelled it on September 2014.I think need go to branch and cancel / cut the chip in front of the officer and get official cancellation letter and this should be faster? I printed the report in November 2014 but the report is dated for October 2014. |

QUOTE(lifebalance @ Apr 9 2016, 08:15 AM) you can also do with www.ramcreditinfo.com.my or FREE with BNM just email them the documents. Difference with BNM's original CCRIS report is that you can see the bank's name. QUOTE(Madgeniusfigo @ Apr 9 2016, 09:02 AM) Dear Thanks for the in-depth explanation.1. Yes, it is true, they have open up. Business modal, economy of scales! 2. You can get Your CCRIS and CTOS from http://www.ramcreditinfo.com.my/ Pay RM10 for the service too. 3. Another way is you can get it from Bank negara Malaysia, where you need to just print it out for free. Bring along your IC. The only difference from BNM ccris than the other, BNM CCRIS will show each loan facility under which bank, so that you will be crystal clear which debt you owed is attached with which bank. Cheers |

QUOTE(aromachong @ Apr 11 2016, 12:47 PM) I have this news circulating too. I just printed my report this morning. To my surprise, the old Citibank credit card that I cancelled more than a year ago is still in the record.I give you two examples; Bank Rakyat & infamous Standard chartered Citibank sometime did it too and the record pending last for 1 year till customer go complaint it There's no PTPTN listed in my record too. |

QUOTE(lifebalance @ Apr 11 2016, 01:28 PM) Call the Citibank CS. The CS is blur and keeps on repeating that the card is closed in their system bla bla ...I told them that I know it's closed in their system but BNM record shows otherwise. They asked me to scan the CCRIS report and email them. This post has been edited by David83: Apr 11 2016, 02:08 PM |

I don't understand the applicant needs to attach the report in the application when they can easily pull that from BNM since BNM is a government agency.

QUOTE(nonameface @ Jun 29 2016, 04:15 PM) is it possible for me to check on behalf of my family members (with their permission of course)? take their ic, go bnm kiosk only? will staff there check? Same procedure as you print EPF statement from the EPF kisok. It'll perform biometric fingerprint validation. |

QUOTE(lifebalance @ Jul 13 2016, 09:34 AM) Nope they don't mask anything at all, the only difference between BNM report and the other 2 firms is that BNM will be able to show the bank's name in the loan facility where as the other 2 firms are hidden. I'll consider this is part of the info being masked out. LOLThanks for the pointer, by the way! |

The free CTOS score report has ended.
You'll need to pay for the next up-to-date report unless they're doing the similar promo as previously. |
