I'm a guy lol...
My traps not balanced too...
but i think it's because i dislocated my shoulders before...
not sure...

i shrug with barbells now instead of dumbbells...
but still not use.... sigh

to be honest, i never done any traps exercise..but in my opinion, lateral raise hve helpd me develop my traps...thats y my shoulder develop slower, coz for me, even tho lateral raise is an exercise for d shoulder, i feel more sensation on d traps...

thanx...when i first start, i took horley's mass...the yellow one...10 bottle of that then i changed to anator n cell tech...then i consume ON..ALOT...then now im trying weider's victory whey 90...
