Product Description:
~ 3M™ Thermally Conductive Acrylic Interface Pad 5590H is soft and acrylic based pad. Because of its
softness, Interface Pad 5590H can decrease the load to integrated circuit chips during compression, and
has good tack to many surfaces. These properties lead to a high performance non-silicone based
thermal pad with excellent durability for long term thermal conductivity and electric insulation stability.
Suitable for use on electronic chipsets (i.e. processor, gpu, ram sinks, ram heat spreader etc.)

Instruction for use:
Apply firm force to press the tape when you stick on appropriate material/heatsink surface so that it sticks firmly on the surface.
Force should be applied continuously for about 10 seconds or more for maximum adhesive contact.
