hi niclasteoh.. whats suitable thermal tape sizes for DDR3? I'm planning to replace the old one with yours 3M..just not sure which package suitable for the rams..

yes..do u have the sizes for ddr3 ? becoz i already have long time ago the 4 set nucleartec icecool copper heatspreader...just want to improve it with new thermal tape/pad..
btw which is most recommend for good heat dissipation for this application? TAPE 9885 or PAD 5590H?
