u r using Heat Spreader to cool ur DDR3 Desktop RAM?

yes..do u have the sizes for ddr3 ? becoz i already have long time ago the 4 set nucleartec icecool copper heatspreader...just want to improve it with new thermal tape/pad..
btw which is most recommend for good heat dissipation for this application? TAPE 9885 or PAD 5590H?

hi, how good is the thermal pad heat transfer?
my laptop uses thermal pad for gpu and it kinda got burned causing a hole in the middle of the thermal pad.... the stock thermal pad isn't so good as my gpu temp can go up to 90+ ...

i know using thermal paste would be better but there is a gap between the heatsink and and the gpu... so i want to know if the thermal pad can keep my gpu temperature cooler than 90 degree..

R u thinking of putting thermal pad on the small RAMs? Yes, u can do it 4 cooling purpose. Better heat dissipation can reduce the temperature.

Normally, we use thermal grease for CPU & GPU... as for the small heatsinks on your gpu, yes, u can use thermal pad/tape.
